شرح موقعیت شغلی

Graph is looking for a Product Owner who is ready to launch or advance their career in the Cyber Security market. This person will be responsible for curating, maintaining, and prioritizing the team backlog for 2–3 Agile Scrum teams. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and internal and external stakeholders (as needed), the Product Owner will define and drive their team backlog to support product goals and delivery commitments. You will be expected to clearly communicate priorities, advocate for backlog decisions, and align the team’s work with the broader product vision. You will develop a working knowledge of the Graph product architecture and user experience to effectively support delivery and decision-making.

Responsibilities


  • Define use cases and problem statements; collect data formally and informally to support backlog decisions
  • Learn and understand business drivers, customer needs, and competitive challenges
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to internal teams and relevant stakeholders
  • Plan, prioritize, and continuously refine the team backlog in alignment with product strategy
  • Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize user stories in collaboration with Product Managers to ensure focus on high-value outcomes
  • Lead backlog management activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story elaboration
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues with attention to detail
  • Actively support the team by identifying and helping remove impediments that impact Sprint or Release Goals
  • Stay informed about competitors and industry trends
  • Keep pace with Agile/Scrum best practices and organizational standards
  • Gain familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Agile principles as applied within the organization
Requirements


  • 2–4 years of experience in a Product Owner role
  • Technical background, especially in Cyber Security, is a plus
  • Product development experience in B2B and B2G environments is a plus
  • Experience with software backlog management (CSPO certification is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience contributing across multiple stages of the product lifecycle
  • Strong collaboration mindset with good communication skills
  • Passion for product quality and continuous improvement
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
