We are looking for a talented and energetic Senior Social Media Specialist to join us at Flightio. In this role, you will help maintain and grow Flightio’s social account and use content and social marketing to elevate and promote Flightio’s brand, campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities:

Help manage and supervise Instagram, Telegram, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube and Pinterest accounts of Flightio.
Develop and implement strategies to engage and grow our online community across various social media platforms.
Foster positive relationships with followers, help develop response patterns to inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance community engagement and brand advocacy.
Lead the creation of content tailored to our target audience.
Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic messaging across all social media channels.
Utilize creativity to develop visually appealing and on-brand content that resonates with our audience.
Collaborate with the campaign team to create and execute paid social media campaigns.
Optimize ad performance by analyzing key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
Implement tools and analytics to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.
Generate reports on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Social Media Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising, and emerging trends.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
