شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and staffing
Analyze financial data and develop budgets and forecasts to ensure profitability
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Hire, train, and manage a team of employees to achieve business objectives
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the company's products or services
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in business management or related field
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and develop budgets and forecasts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Experience with strategic planning, business development, and sales and marketing
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to business operations
