Fidibo Product Manager

Join our dynamic team at Fidibo.com, Iran's leading e-book and audiobook online seller, as a Product Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with the Head of Product and Marketing Department to drive product innovation and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

What You Will Be Doing

As our Product Manager, every day presents a unique opportunity to impact our market. You'll need to tackle a variety of tasks, balancing strategic insight with hands-on execution. Key activities include:

Developing and managing user stories for new features.
Actively exploring market opportunities, contributing to product strategy formulation.
Conducting customer discovery interviews to inform feature design.
Rigorously reviewing the product backlog and making data-informed prioritization decisions.
Investigating product analytics to identify revenue and conversion growth opportunities.
Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of product features within your domain.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Preference: BS with an Engineering focus).
1-3 years of experience in product ownership within SaaS, B2C, or Platform Software companies.
Proven experience in successfully launching and iterating features.
Understanding and experience with OKRs.
Familiarity with analytical tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and marketing automation tools like WebEngage.
Strong product ownership skills within the Scrum framework.
Willingness to learn new products and technologies.
Availability to start working within 14 days of receiving an offer.

Nice-to-have Requirements

Strong grasp of marketing knowledge, including proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager and preferably its alternatives like Adobe Launch.
Experience with leading a cross-functional team in a collaborative environment.
