شرح موقعیت شغلی

Exonyx group is actively looking for a patient, creative, and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team, with the ability to effectively manage and execute the following responsibilities:

1. Conducting comprehensive market and industry analyses to gain a deeper understanding of competition, customers, market opportunities, and threats.

2. Formulating marketing strategy, including determining strategies aligned with the company's goals, market environment, and customer needs.

3. Identifying pricing patterns, distribution mechanisms, and optimal advertising strategies.

4. Establishing macro marketing goals along with defining performance criteria for measurement and evaluation.

5. Collaborating with the research and development team to identify and implement projects and marketing research to enhance the company's services.

6. Enhancing brand reputation, identifying factors affecting brand image, developing new strategies to promote and strengthen customer relationships, and identifying competitive brand advantages.

7. Designing and implementing effective advertising campaigns to promote brand recognition and encourage product sales, utilizing various tools and media to enhance audience familiarity with the brand and increase company sales.

8. Maintaining continuous communication with customers to better understand needs and changes in preferences, implementing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to foster customer loyalty.

9. Utilizing available market data and analyzing it to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, making changes to improve existing strategies.

10. Providing periodic reports to the management team on marketing performance and suggesting improvements.

11. Analyzing competitors and monitoring market developments to determine appropriate strategies for maintaining and strengthening the competitive position in the market.

Qualifications:

If you possess the ability to fulfill the mentioned responsibilities and meet the following conditions, please send us your resume:

• Minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.

• Proven experience in strategy development across all aspects of sales and advertising.

• Being able to understand and have a strong, insightful perspective on the market, coupled with a highly comprehensive understanding of new concepts.

• Ability to utilize marketing techniques and conduct data analysis.

• Mastery of financial markets, Blockchain, and the digital currency market.

• Proficiency in English.

• Mastery of quantitative marketing analysis tools including BI, Excel, etc.
