About Raika
Raika Research is a division of Ethica, a well-established Health-Tech company that provides research services and products to scientists around the world. We provide researchers with a suite of tools to help them to automate their research works and focus on their valuable inventions.

Job description

We are looking for a talented and experienced graphic designer, who is familiar with digital/vector-based illustration styles, to design illustrations for our platform, blog post covers, and print materials. The ideal candidate has great amounts of artistic flair, with a passion for translating requirements into design elements. As a successful candidate, you are highly creative in applying imagination to work and have a strong presentation skill set. In this job position, you will work remotely with our team. Considering the remote nature of the work, it's extremely important for the ideal candidate to possess the following personal characteristics:

Be self-disciplined
Be able to articulate thoughts and plans clearly, both verbally, and in written form.
Pay very close attention to the requirements and deliver outstanding results

Essential requirements and responsibilities

A creative and passionate heart, you constantly bring fresh ideas to the table.
You know how to simplify complex instructions into smooth and attractive visuals.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Knowledge of Sketch and Figma is not mandatory but could be an asset.
A plus if you can Conceptualize and execute motion graphics, animations, and videos for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and presentations.
You think in terms of our target audience and can convince people with your creative and innovative designs.
Your communication skills are on point, not just in terms of presenting solutions, but also in building relationships with everyone you work with, encouraging trust in the process, and making sure everyone has a clear understanding of the task at hand.
Great time management skills and find no issues in handling several dynamic projects with different stakeholders at the same time.
Design and create graphic content for a variety of platforms, including digital and print media, advertising, and social media.
Knowledge of other design domains, logo design, animation, and editing videos is an asset.
