Pardazesh Electronic Pishgaman Arman Company was founded in 2012. As a subsidiary of Agah Pardazan Houshmand (Divar), it helps IT based companies with the operational side of their business. We provide holistic operational services to our clients, from creating policies/procedures and overall business operations to managing their employees and helping them reach their strategic goals.
We are looking for a Technical Team Lead to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders, and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator and public speaker, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
Help departments use technology profitably.
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Techniacal Team Lead or similar leadership role.
Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy.
Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership and organizational abilities.
Strategic thinking.
Problem-solving aptitude.
BSc/BA in Computer Sciences, engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.

معرفی شرکت

شرکت پردازش الکترونیک پیشگامان آرمان در سال 1396 با هدف اصلی ارائه خدمات عملیاتی به شرکت دیوار تاسیس شده و از شرکت‌های زیرمجموعه‌ هلدینگ هزاردستان است. همکاران ما در هلدینگ هزاردستان، شرکت‌های کافه بازار، دیوار، ستون و غیره هستند.
پروژه های اصلی ما عبارتند از:
- بررسی آگهی‌های پلتفرم دیوار
- افزایش اعتماد کاربران پلتفرم دیوار
- مرکز تماس پلتفرم دیوار
- کنترل کیفیت مرکز تماس پلتفرم دیوار
- فروش تلفنی پنل‌های پلتفرم دیوار
- احراز هویت فروشگاه‌ها در پلتفرم دیوار

تاریخچه:
پروژه های عملیاتی دیوار با شروع بکار این پلتفرم در سال 1391 آغاز شد. در ابتدا این پروژه ها محدود به بررسی آگهی‌های سایت دیوار بودند و به مرور با توسعه دیوار، پروژه های عملیاتی مربوطه نیز گسترش پیدا کرد و در سال 1396 جهت تمرکز بیشتر و اجرای فرآیند های تخصصی عملیاتی، شرکت پردازش الکترونیک پیشگامان آرمان به صورت مستقل تاسیس و فرآیندهای عملیاتی دیوار در پروژه های مختلف به مرور به این شرکت تحت عنوان پروژه های BPO برون سپاری شد.
یکی از مهم‌ترین سیاست‌های این مجموعه در جذب و استخدام نیروی انسانی، فراهم ساختن امکان دورکاری با کیفیت، به منظور ایجاد همکاری گسترده در تمامی نقاط ایران است. در حال حاضر بیش از 450 نفر در شرکت پردازش الکترونیک پیشگامان آرمان فعالیت می‌کنند که از این تعداد، بیش از 350 نفر، به صورت دورکار در 16 استان از جمله؛ البرز، گیلان، یزد، خراسان رضوی و غیره، با ما همکاری دارند.
