Job Title:Senior Technical Interviewer and Engineering manager

BVITA is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Technical Interviewer and Engineering manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Senior Technical Interviewer and Engineering manager you will be responsible for leading the development of applications, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software products that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Requirement

Excellent English conversation skills and **fluent English speaking**.(All interviews will be conducted exclusively in English)
Experience in Talent acquisition and recruitment.
Experience in software development industry and understanding of main technologies used for developing web and mobile applications(front-end, back-end, mobile development technologies and etc)
Capable of conducting English interviews with fluency and ease.
Proficient in conducting effective interviews.

Responsibilities:

Manage engineers and schedule interviews and choosing suitable candidates.
Responsibilities encompass managing and coordinating interview schedules, as well as discerning suitable candidates for selection.
Crafting optimal matches between engineers and job postings while adeptly overseeing interview scheduling, and nurturing engineers' growth by enhancing their interviewing prowess.

Compensation:
We offer a very competitive compensation package based on experience and skills.
Payment is in USD (USDT Tether)

Location:
This is a full-time remote position and the candidate can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. At least half of working time will be based on CST, from 8 or 9 AM to 4 or 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
