Do you have a passion for tech and connecting talented individuals with incredible opportunities?
Borvista is seeking an enthusiastic and driven IT Technical Recruiter to join our growing team! As a key member of our Talent Acquisition department, you'll play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top tech talent who will help us shape the future of our organization.

What you'll do:

Partner with hiring managers to understand specific technical needs and requirements for open positions.
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and experience.
Conduct in-depth technical interviews using various methods, such as code challenges, whiteboarding, and technical assessments.
Negotiate offer packages and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and industry best practices in recruiting.
Build and maintain relationships with IT professionals to cultivate a strong talent pipeline.
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or within a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top tech talent.
Strong understanding of the IT landscape and current technology trends.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates quickly.
Proficient in using various recruiting tools and technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for building relationships and connecting people with great opportunities.
