Job Title: Senior Data Scientist/Data Engineer

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist/Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your advanced data science and engineering expertise to drive critical business decisions through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex data pipelines, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop robust data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data lake and data warehouses.
- Build and optimize machine learning models and predictive algorithms to solve complex business problems and uncover valuable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships within large datasets.
- Implement scalable and efficient data processing solutions using big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and cloud-based platforms.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by implementing best practices and adhering to data governance policies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and big data technologies, and continuously improve our data engineering and modeling processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and data engineering roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python and its data science libraries.
- Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
- Extensive experience with data engineering tools and technologies, such as SQL, Apache Spark, Hadoop, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong programming skills and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
