We are looking for two recruitment specialists (1 Junior and 1 Senior) to help us in the recruitment department. ● Communicating with the managers to obtain info about the job vacancies and job needs. ● Submitting professional recruitment ads corresponding with the organization's standards. ● CV screening, phone interview, and HR interview. ● Managing of the recruitment stages and updating the talent pool. ● Active as a team member of recruitment department for any related task.
Requirements ● BS or MS in Management or HR or any related field. ● 0 to 3 years of experience related to recruitment. ● Experience with stages of recruitment, HR interview methods, CV screening techniques. ● Familiar with talent pool IS's. ● Familiar with Oil, Gas and Pharmaceutical industries is an advantage. ● Strong ability to work as a team member. ● Strong interpersonal communication skills to be able to work with other departments managers. ● Self-motivated and able to work independently. ● fluent in english
