شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to become a part of our team. The preferred candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. 


  Responsibilities:


  • Understand business objectives and contribute to the decision-making process to drive continuous improvement in business goals, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates aligned with the company’s values and culture.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including conducting interviews for required positions, holding HR interview sessions, and keeping the team informed about priorities and updates.
  • Manage the onboarding process including HR and technical onboarding, coordinating and conducting 1:1 meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of competitive total reward programs. Organize company events and activities.
  • Develop and coordinate performance management processes, performance improvement plans, and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals. Design and conduct training sessions and workshops to contribute to employee growth.
  • Act as the primary consultant for the business, identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience and providing HR advice and solutions.
  • Successfully monitor the "pulse" of employees to ensure high employee engagement and develop engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Implement and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Manage the exit process, conduct exit interviews, and analyze feedback to find areas for improvement.
  • Manage human resources projects to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives, conduct data analysis to provide actionable metrics and insights, prepare analytical reports, and utilize graphical representations as needed.
Requirements:


  • Extensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of training and development, as well as HR compliance.
  • Superb organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated capability to meet deadlines. 
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and proficiently delegating when necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude. 
  • Demonstration of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to confidentiality. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Moreover, a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or a similar HR role is required.
