Role Overview:

As a Social Media Specialist at Zarban, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence. Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling content, fostering community engagement, and driving brand awareness across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Zarban's objectives.
Create captivating content including posts, graphics, videos, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
Work closely with copywriters, and designers to create effective content.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor and weekly/monthly report on social media KPIs, such as followers, Eng. Rates, and others.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the crypto or finance industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative content ideas.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.
Proficiency in creating reports and visualizations, and conveying information through visual presentations.
