What You'll Do:

Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user behavior and motivations.
Analyze research data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking studies to understand industry best practices and user trends within cryptocurrency exchange platforms.
Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to translate research findings into actionable solutions.
Develop and maintain a user research plan that aligns with Bit24's strategic goals.

You're a great fit if you have:

Proven experience conducting user research.
A strong understanding of UX research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, card sorting).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to translate research findings into clear and concise recommendations for design and product teams.
A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Experience with competitive analysis and benchmarking techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
