شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities


  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Collaborate closely with Tech, Customer Service, marketing and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
  • Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to research to identify user need for new products and areas of improvement in existing products
  • Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
  • Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products
  • Obtains product market share by working with sales/growth to develop product sales strategies
  • Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
  • Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products
  • Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on the direction of products
  • Manage cross-functional teams in business, product, design, and engineering
  • Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members
Requirements


  • Strong B2B SaaS Product Management experience from relevant sectors, such as; F&B, Fintech, Retail,..etc.
  • Have a track record in product management, demonstrating a product that you have created and launched into the market.
  • Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Able to take an active role in technical discussions while ensuring we remain focused on business goals and strategic objectives.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Experience in defining product features, built collaboratively with design and engineering peers.
  • Strong organizational & problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to reprioritize across multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ year’s professional experience as a product manager of a SaaS product within an agile development process
  • Desire to work with clients and prospects to understand their business problems and translate them into product requirements
  • Knowledge of analytics, advertising, and/or marketing SaaS offerings and ecosystems
