شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and study standards and reference models for system analysis, providing necessary reports and documentation.
  • Identify and assess similar or competing systems, providing necessary reports and documents.
  • Determine system requirements based on studies, user or customer needs, or company plans.
  • Document and model the system and its requirements according to company standards and development methodology, using designated tools.
  • Assist team members (project manager, testers, programmers) in understanding system requirements.
  • Ensure the developed system complies with documented requirements, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Participate in system analysis and design meetings.
  • Assist senior technical management in preparing, formulating, and improving the company's analysis methodology and standards.
  • Design data models required by the system based on studies, standards, and reference models.
Requirements:

  • Proficient in business and stakeholder needs analysis.
  • Skilled in system analysis, system design, and business process analysis tools.
  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in UML and prototyping.
  • Experience in designing and improving processes.
  • Experience in documentation, maintenance, and document organization.
  • Ability in organizational planning and task prioritization.
  • Familiar with software architecture and database analysis/design.
  • Teamwork Skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in analysis and design.
