**Position Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to join our infrastructure team. This critical role combines deep expertise in VoIP systems, specifically Asterisk, with strong Microsoft administration skills and datacenter support capabilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing our Asterisk-based phone system and Microsoft environments, while also providing hands-on support for our physical datacenter infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Microsoft Administration :**

* Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune (Endpoint Manager).

* Manage user identities, access, and security groups within Active Directory.

* Implement and manage policy, security, and compliance configurations across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

* Provide advanced support for Windows Server OS (2019, 2022) including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

* Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability.

* Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting Or Ansible.

* Document processes and procedures.

**Datacenter Support :**

* Perform physical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, network equipment in the datacenter.

* Monitor datacenter environmental conditions (power, cooling, physical access).

* Manage and maintain accurate inventory of all datacenter hardware and assets.

* Follow strict datacenter safety and security protocols.

* Document processes and procedures.

**VoIP Administration (Asterisk):**

* Administer, maintain, and optimize our Asterisk-based PBX phone system.

* Perform advanced **troubleshooting (Tsh)** for complex VoIP issues including call quality (jitter, latency, packet loss), SIP trunking, codecs, and dial plan errors.

* Configure and manage SIP trunks, endpoints (hard phones & softphones), IVRs (Auto-Attendants), voicemail, queues.

* Monitor system performance and call analytics to ensure high availability and quality of service (QoS).

* Implement and maintain security best practices for the VoIP system to prevent fraud and abuse.

### **Requirements, Skills, and Experience**

**Required Experience & Skills:**

* **2-5 years** of professional experience in a system administration.

* **Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration** (User management, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).

* **Strong experience with Windows Server** (2019/2022) and core services: **Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy**.

* **Proficiency in PowerShell scripting** for automation and administration.

* Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, DNS, VPN).

* Fundamental experience with hardware: ability to install, rack, cable, and troubleshoot servers and network devices.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

* Familiar with VMware monitoring tools(e.g., VRLI,Vrops,Oneview, etc).

* VoIP Systems: **Must be expert in maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting Asterisk-based phone systems.**

**Preferred Qualifications :**

* Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102) or Fundamentals (MS-900) certification.

* CompTIA Network+, Server+, or A+ certification.

* Basic experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).

* Introductory-level experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure).

* Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG).

* Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (VeeamBackup&Replication, etc.).

* Certifications related to Asterisk or VoIP.
