شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Overview:
As a Product Lead, you will be at the heart of our product innovation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define, build, and scale products that delight our users and align with our business goals. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a hands-on approach to product management.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
Lead product development from ideation to launch, partnering with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
Analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve.
Advocate for the customer, ensuring their voice guides decision-making.
Drive the development of metrics to measure product success and ROI.

Qualifications:

E-commerce and retail experience.
Proven experience in product management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Experience with JIRA, Figma, analytics tools, SQL.
