Core requirements

- 2+ years’ experience
- Passion for working on complex topics that require thinking about the complete business and product processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Have technical proficiency i.e., understand software development processes and can clearly outline logic and processes.
- A can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving skills despite tight deadlines or limited resources.
- Having a deep knowledge of critical e-commerce metrics.
- Understanding of E-Commerce Logistics and commercial concepts like Fulfillment, Delivery, Seller Management, ...
- Ability to work with data tools like SQL and Excel
- Great project management.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum processes.
- Strong commitment to deadlines and disciplines.
- Good initiator and excellent finisher.

Good to have

- Operation or commercial background.
- Good eye for customer experience.

How will you add value?

- Taking full ownership of two domains.
- Define tasks on Jira.
- Help Product Lead to define the roadmap for their domains.
- Break down the roadmap into small deliverables for each sprint.
- Collaborate and align with internal stakeholders on requirements, including Business, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Define and measure the metrics for each feature.
- Be on top of business priorities and change the roadmap to support new business priorities.
- Participate in scrum meetings (Standups, Refinement, Retrospectives, etc) and make tickets/sprints on Jira.
