Are you passionate about Agile and helping teams deliver high-quality work?

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our growing team! As a Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for facilitating and guiding our Scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework.

What you'll do:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles to continuously improve their effectiveness.
  • Remove roadblocks and impediments that hinder the team's progress.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and values.
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment.
  • Track project progress and maintain visibility for stakeholders.
What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master (2+ years)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience resolving team conflicts and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques (a plus).
Bonus points for:

  • Experience in your industry (a plus).
  • Certifications like PSM or CSM (a plus).
