We are looking for a driven and passionate Business Line Manager to join our team at Axon Co. This Business Line Manager will be focused on growing our business line, in which we aim to deliver meticulous service to our corporate clients. This position requires a tunnel vision on strategic growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Developing long-term and quarterly business plans, communicating them to the team and ensuring
their fulfillment
Establishing cost parameters and manage overall P&L for his/her business line
Creating strategic growth plans and testing multiple scenarios/growth paths to ensure sustainable
growth in business line.
Design and execute daily operational programs that achieve organizationally objectives and
monthly sales targets
Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources as a successful team up
Defining operational targets and KPIs for the team, in line with overall strategies and BP
commitments
Negotiating final deals with strategic clients and maintaining effective communications with them.
Aligning with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Providing comprehensive and insightful reports to management/stakeholders.
Maintaining a plan for forecasting, expanding, targeting, and attaining sales
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Periodic assessment of Customer satisfaction (Both Patient and physician), NPS, ...
Developing service procedures, policies and standards
Keeping accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can
excel through encouragement and empowerment
Applying best practices to areas of improvement
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Adhere to and manage the approved budget
Maintaining an orderly workflow according to priorities and deploying strategies focused towards
that mission
Periodic report to Product team in order to make sure that Product align with customers
requirements
Responsible for Accurate data in HCP Catalogue
Plan and Manage operation of Axon Club
