About us:

As a High-tech dynamic startup, we are looking for an energetic associate product manager to join our product team and ensure that our teams stay agile and the products remain competitive. Responsibilities:

Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap.
Working with Product Managers, Product Designers, other Product Owners, and Development teams to ensure the business, quality, and feature goals for each release.
Maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories, features, and defects.
Participating in day to day team meetings as well as regular Discovery & refinement meeting, Sprint planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings.
Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.
Set sprint goals.
Follow up the progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
make reports ready for some meetings.

Requirements:

at least one years of experience in related product management fields.
Strong understanding and knowledge of Agile methodologies and related tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
Experience with Product & Technology Roadmap development through the influence of key business and technology stakeholders to identify business priorities.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Proactive personality with a ‘can do’ mindset which takes the initiative and pride in their work.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired / Is Plus:

Experience working in a healthcare-related organization.
Experience working in a startup environment.
