Axon is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager who is excited to help us to shape the future of the business.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise all digital marketing activities, including ECRM, SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns
Responsible for journey planning, development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.
Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
Data-Driven Insights: Continuously analyze data and metrics to refine strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
Design, build and maintain social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights and optimize the performance
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Analyze conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirement

At least 5 years working experience in digital marketing
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, and ECRM systems
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console) and experience in planning, setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
