Segmenting the market into operating sections and assigning medical representatives to sections.
Operating monthly and annual plans for marketing and sales activities.
Supervising all sales and marketing activities within the group.
Preparing weekly reports to Franchise manager
Coordinating double visits with Tech representatives or individual market visit with 70% time allocation
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a medical/pharmaceutical sales representative and 2 years of experience as a team leader.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative, intuitive, and able to work in a competitive environment.
Adherence to the company's strategies and values and ability to work in a team.
Current position of the candidate: team leader or supervisor
Good knowledge of sales and ability of objection handling
Good insight into marketing issues and Tech Medicine
Experience in team management or project management.
Problem-solving skills.
Minimum age: 35 years old.
