شرح موقعیت شغلی

About the role:

   You are passionate about technology, highly organized and detail oriented. You have the ability to communicate between technical staff and other business departments.
   As a member of the Axon development team, you will play a key role in holding regular technical team meetings, assigning and delivering developers tasks. We work in cross-functional teams, so you'll work with a range of people from product managers and designers to developers and data analysts to help evolve Axon’s product.

What you will do:


  • Foster a collaborative and productive environment within the development team
  • Coordinate and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies with the development team
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and events related to the development team's activities
  • Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, designers, and data analysts to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective communication
  • Gather and consolidate progress reports, metrics, and updates from the development team for the CTO
What You Will Need:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential risks or roadblocks proactively
  • A keen interest in technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Plus:

Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Proficiency in MS Office suite and other productivity tools.
