Job Description
- Monitor network, servers, and infrastructure services
- Detect and respond to alarms, outages, and performance issues
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate incidents when required
- Monitor connectivity, bandwidth usage, and system availability
- Create, update, and follow incident tickets and operational reports
- Follow operational procedures and escalation processes
- Coordinate with SysAdmin, Network, Security, and technical support teams
- Ensure continuous monitoring during assigned shifts
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and actions taken
Requirements
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage incidents efficiently
- Experience with monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, or similar tools is an advantage
- English reading and communication skills preferred
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (12/24 - 12/48 schedule)
