شرح موقعیت شغلی

job Description:

  • Ability for Planning and Execution of the sales strategy.
  • To maintain and develop customer relationship.
  • Arrange meeting with potential customers to create new business opportunities.
  • Making accurate calculations and providing customers with quotation.
  • Reviewing his own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Meeting and interviewing clients.
  • Preparing the sales and marketing reports.
  • Analysis of sales and marketing reports (daily, weekly, monthly and long term).
  • Providing initial targets and budgets of sales (monthly, seasonally, and annually) 
  • Cooperation in determining initial budget of marketing & advertisement (monthly, seasonally and annually)
  • Manage daily sales operations
  • Effective communication to attract customers
  • Continuous Follow-up.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales
  • Organize, lead, train, performance evaluations and control sales team activities
  • Ability for sales department team up
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Dealing with insolvency cases.
 Experience

  • Minimum 3-year experience in marketing and sales
  • Minimum 1-year experience in online sales and ecommerce
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Marketing data analytics and tools
  • Ideal Age: 25-40
Education

  • Skills and experience is vital but at least a BSc or BA is required.
