GENERAL DESCRIPTION • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy by analyzing current affiliate performance and industry trends to optimize existing programs and identify opportunities for growth. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brands, networks, and sub-networks to ensure alignment with Boghrat's business model and successful partnership outcomes. • Drive the introduction of new affiliate programs to market, serving as the primary representative of Boghrat. Provide detailed reporting on the incremental impact and overall effectiveness of these initiatives. • Collaborate with the Strategic Partners internal team and other Marketing functions to identify and execute bespoke events and activities, such as executive gatherings, webinars, and customer-led events, in partnership with affiliates. • Establish and oversee key performance indicators to evaluate the success, impact, and overall health of Boghrat's partner ecosystem. • Guide and motivate partners to integrate with Boghrat in innovative and efficient ways based on customer needs, market dynamics, and strategic opportunities. • Support the creation of new ecosystems that complement and extend Boghrat's native capabilities, aligning with targeted market segments. • Manage the complete technology partner lifecycle, including agreement execution, app onboarding, and go-to-market enablement to drive partnerships that deliver customer value. • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to communicate affiliate performance forecasts to the broader leadership team, facilitating informed decision-making. • Foster mutually beneficial relationships with Boghrat and client-direct affiliate partners to drive substantial growth in affiliate revenue. • Represent Boghrat at major affiliate and related conferences, proactively securing meetings with target brands and affiliate network leaders to explore new partnership possibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
| Bachelor (Master is preferred) in Engineering, Business, Marketing or Human Science. Official studies/certificates in marketing and related studies is strongly preferred.
| Must have deep understanding in the following domains: Marketing Principles, Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, Contract & legal, Negotiation & Sales techniques.
| 5+ experienced in managing and running large scale technology partner programs, and in defining and executing partner their underlying operations
3+ Experience working in Iran Digital Eco-system
2+ Years marketing experience within Iranian Health Eco-system is preferred.
| Strongly motivated, Willing to travel across countries (30%). Must have a passion for finding common ground and is excited by the process of building strong relationships with new and existing partners
