شرح موقعیت شغلی

We're looking for a qualified sales professional to assist us in selling our services. Our ideal salesman is knowledgeable about the sales process and is skilled at generating leads, developing relationships, and closing deals. We're looking for a quick learner with excellent listening and negotiation skills and someone with a strong presence who can sell our services effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with customers and analyze customers' requirements
  • Research and identify potential customers for services
  • Supervising a team of three virtual assistants and making sure that they are working based on the company guidelines
  • Sales planning and follow-up sales process from start to end.
  • Recommend services to customers based on customers' needs and interests
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses
  • Prepare an effective sales action plan according to the company's business strategy
  • Proactively initiate new customer relationships and make international sales
  • Nurture and maintain the existing customer relationships through regular contact and advocacy
  • Dealing with all customer inquiries and quotation requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Negotiate, close, implement the agreement and manage and expedite the delivery process responsively and effectively to ensure customer retention
  • Analyze statistics to determine forward strategy and keep the pipeline full
Requirements:

  • English proficiency 
  • At least a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience with sales of services/products
  • Familiar with negotiation and problem-solving techniques
  • To have powerful communication skills and customer interaction abilities
  • Be very precise, well-organized, self-motivated, talented and computer-literate, and loyal to work

  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency attitude with a flexible and adaptive working style
  • Can operate effectively across fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work independently and under a very low level of direct supervision
  • Desire to work on a wide range of projects
  • Ability to multi-task with a fine-tuned attention to details

Working days:

  • From 6 pm to 2 am
  • Monday to Friday
