Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
Coordinate tasks and updates using Asana to ensure smooth project flow.
Coordinate day-to-day project execution, ensuring tasks are progressing as planned.
Client Management:
Manage client relationships, gather testimonials, ensure receiving timely payments and reviews, other client related recurring tasks
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement them.
Reporting and Metrics:
Gather metrics and prepare regular reports on project progress, bottlenecks, and improvements
Requirements and skills
Experience in a project management role
Experience in working with project management software like Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
