شرح موقعیت شغلی

ALLiN Partners is a boutique investment bank specializing in providing top-tier financial advisory services to diverse domestic and international clients. 

We seek a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong Sales and CRM capabilities. In this role, you will be our clients' first point of contact, ensuring they receive timely and professional responses. Your ability to anticipate needs, handle urgent situations, and provide a warm, welcoming experience will be critical to your success.

Enjoy the flexibility of working from home with the ability to manage your work-life balance effectively. 
The position requires availability during the following hours:
Monday to Friday, 6 PM - 3 AM or 4 PM - 1 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction & CRM: Use your sales and CRM expertise to engage with clients effectively. Respond to client requests with urgency and attentiveness, ensuring their needs are met promptly via email.
  • Administrative Support: Manage meeting requests and communications in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. Provide behind-the-scenes support that enhances the overall client experience.
  • Research & Problem Solving: Leverage your ICDL skills to conduct fast, accurate searches and find solutions for urgent client situations. Your ability to navigate complex situations quickly will be highly valued.
  • Documentation & File Management: Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of processes and client interactions, ensuring seamless information flow and easy access for the team.
Candidate Profile:

  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
    • Advanced skills in Sales, CRM, and ICDL (including Advanced Excel).
    • Strong administrative and customer service experience.
    • Excellent file management and process documentation abilities.
    • Computer savvy with a passion for supporting operations and client communications.
  • Attributes:
    • A self-starter who is always one step ahead.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency for critical tasks.
    • Creative, independent, and a good listener.
    • Flexible, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
