شرح موقعیت شغلی

ALLiN Partners seeks a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns and content-based marketing strategies. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker proficient in using modern marketing tools and technologies to optimize the marketing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective content marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Campaign Management:  Provide expert consultation on creating and managing comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales. 
  • Tool Utilization: Advice on efficiently utilizing new marketing tools and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns. 
  • Performance Analysis:  Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to marketing strategies.
  • SEO and SMM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website visibility and engage in social media marketing (SMM) to broaden our reach.
  • Advertising: Develop and execute advertising strategies to promote our products and services effectively.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.

Required Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content marketing and B2B marketing, is required.

Required Personal Traits:

  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proactive and detail-oriented

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Sales and Marketing: Deep understanding of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics.
  • English Language: Strong command of the English language, including grammar, composition, and spelling.
  • Communications and Media: Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods, including written, oral, and visual media.
