شرح موقعیت شغلی

Jabama is looking for a colleague as below:

Responsibilities:

· Ensure the quality of content pages on Jabama site;

· Helping the supervisor with brainstorming and operational phases of the in-progress projects;

· Actively reporting potential bugs or blockers which might affect team productivity and targets;

· Actively reporting potential improvements for guidelines or processes in order to help the whole team with the targets;

· Help the supervisor with monitoring reported cases and respond to requests received;

· Meet the quantity and quality targets;

· Participation in the whole project process and ensuring projects meet deadlines;

· Identify and fix bottlenecks in the process;

· Optimizing and improving processes and flows and identifying and creating new flows if needed;

· Making calls to hosts to learn about the activation process and solve their problems;

Job Requirements:

· Ability to work independently and be able to manage multiple tasks;

· A creative thinker who embraces and drives change;

· A strong relationship builder and influencer who is comfortable working with leaders at all levels;

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

· Must demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and passion for continuous improvement;

· Keeping on best professional behavior and avoiding issues of personal ethics;

· Adopting a teamwork-based spirit and avoiding privacy violations or tension with fellow coworkers;

· General competency of MS Office software and similar online services;

· Strong time management and decision-making skills;

· Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
