شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are hiring a Marketing Traffic and Operations Manager to help streamline our workflows and ensure that all marketing projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Crafting Project Schedules: Develop project schedules for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and deadlines.
Supervising Workflow: Oversee the workflow of marketing and content teams, assigning project-specific tasks and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Systems and Process Development: Design, implement, and optimize marketing systems, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Resource Allocation: Provide necessary work resources to employees, balancing workload and skill sets effectively.
Removing Roadblocks: Support the team by removing roadblocks and addressing any challenges that arise during project execution.
Client Communication: Regularly update internal stakeholders and clients on project progress and status.
Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and fine-tune strategies to meet client expectations.
Deadline Management: Determine deadlines for ongoing and future projects, ensuring adherence by marketing team members.
Freelancer Coordination: Employ freelancers or temporary contractors for larger projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated experience applying agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of marketing principles
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion, with a keen attention to detail and deadlines.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions to operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
Eagerness to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Solid decision-making skills and a sense of prioritization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel) and project management software (e.g., Basecamp, Trello, Asana, Jira).
