As a Senior HR Admin Specialist at Alibaba Travels Co., you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the administrative aspects of the human resources function.
Responsibilities
Implement HR administrative processes and procedures.
Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leaves.
Preparing necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination.
Collaborate with external partners and other HR team members to support employee training and development initiatives.
Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
Requirements
Experience as a HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistant.
Understanding various HR software systems, like Hamkran system.
Computer literate with softwares such as word, excel, etc.
Good understanding of labor laws.
Organizational skills and ability to priorities.
Interpersonal with good communicative skills.
BSc in HR or a relevant field.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
