شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Supply Specialist in our tourism company, you will play a crucial role in optimizing revenue and profitability by managing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and overseeing partnerships and sales efforts. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the company's commercial success in the highly competitive tourism industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive pricing in the market.
Monitor and analyze pricing trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to make data-driven pricing decisions.
Regularly review and adjust pricing strategies based on market dynamics and seasonality.
Identify potential risks related to pricing, partnerships, and market dynamics and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Implement effective risk assessment and monitoring processes to protect the company's financial interests and reputation.
Identify and negotiate partnerships with tour provider, and other relevant businesses to enhance the company's offerings.
Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships through effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor partner performance and assess the impact on the company's commercial objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales targets and monitor performance against sales goals.
Optimize distribution strategies to maximize market penetration.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to availability and price weakness compared to the competitors.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address challenges.
Monitor and report on the financial performance of commercial initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial engineering, or a related field (MBA Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a similar role within the tourism industry.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of current industry trends and market dynamics.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
