Designing and implementing career paths based on Hay Group job families and steps
Review job and worker requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and occupations, and occupational trends
Assess need for and develop job analysis instruments and materials
(Responsible for Performance management cycle (planning. Coaching, evaluating, feedback and improvement plan
Prepare reports, such as career path reports to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
Prepare training budget for department or organization. Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors
Develop testing and evaluation procedures
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
Arrange, monitor and evaluate training activities and personal development management
Requirements
M.Sc. in Human Resources, Education Management, Industrial Engineering or management from a reputable university
Three years of experience in development and training related roles
Good knowledge and experience in Hay Group job evaluation method
Familiar with performance management models and best practices
Familiar with ISO10015
