Design and implementation of short term and long term HR planning
Establishing KPIs for jobs and carrying out performance management system
Implementation of all HR procedures based on current policies and propose development plans
Maintains job evaluations based on our Hay Group system; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
Designing and implementing career paths based on Hay Group job families and steps
Promoting human resources development and carry out training process
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
Studying, planning and implementation of personnel welfare families based on current regulations
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc. or BA Degree in management, Industrial Engineering, business or related fields
Experienced in performance management systems
Minimum 5 years of experience as a HR Manager
Full command of HR (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading
Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations, staffing principles
Ability of short term and long term planning
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Full command of MS Office
Proficient level in English
