شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a Product Designer to be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that align with user needs and business goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will conduct user research, design user interfaces, iterate designs based on feedback, and contribute to design systems. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, proficiency in design tools, and excellent communication skills.

This is an on-site position, and the candidate must be willing to work in our office located in Tehran - Punak.

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and analyse market trends to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Design user-friendly interfaces considering usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design implementation.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
Contribute to design systems and guidelines.

Main Requirements:

Proven experience in product design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe CS).
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies and UI kits (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Portfolio demonstrating user-centred design approach.
Good English communication skills.
