شرح موقعیت شغلی

As an Employer Branding Specialist at Aban Tether, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's reputation as an employer of choice. You will develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Employer Brand Strategy: 
    • Assist in developing and implementing the overall employer branding strategy.
    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a strong employer brand identity and messaging.
    • Conduct regular employer brand audits and make necessary adjustments.
  • Talent Acquisition Marketing: 
    • Develop and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
    • Utilize various channels, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Content Creation and Social Media Management:

    • Create engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, social media posts, and video content.
    • Develop case studies, employee spotlights, and other content to showcase the company's culture and values.
    • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
    • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Employee Advocacy: 
    • Encourage employees to share positive experiences on social media and other platforms.
    • Implement employee advocacy programs to amplify the company's brand.
    • Organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
  • Analytics and Reporting: 
    • Track and analyze key metrics, such as social media engagement, website traffic, and candidate source.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize employer branding strategies.
    • Create regular reports on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives.
  • Event Planning and Management: 
    • Organize and execute employer branding events, such as career fairs, webinars, and open houses.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of employer branding principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Strong ideation and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience in using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
  • Experience with employee engagement and retention initiatives
