شرح موقعیت شغلی

Herlife Marketing Communications (MarCom) Specialist oversee and manage all social media platforms, drive PR initiatives, and enhance our community engagement. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and implementing strategies that increase brand visibility, foster community interaction, and support our mission of promoting women's health.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Oversee and manage Herlife’s social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and any new platforms.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, schedule, and publish content that resonates with our target audience.
Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.

Public Relations (PR):

Drive PR initiatives to enhance Herlife’s brand image.
Create and manage video content, including behind-the-scenes (BTS) videos and collaborations with doctors.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.

Community Management:

Oversee the Herlife community, ensuring it remains active and engaging.
Plan and execute events for the community to foster engagement and build relationships.
Respond to community inquiries and feedback promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate community feedback into product and service improvements.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, informative content tailored to women’s health.
Work with healthcare professionals to generate valuable content, such as articles, videos, and webinars.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing social media platforms.
Strong understanding of PR strategies and experience in media relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in community management and event planning is a plus.
Passion for women’s health and empowerment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Increase in social media followers and engagement rates.
Number of successful PR campaigns and media mentions.
Growth and activity levels in the Herlife community.
User-generated content (UGC) and positive feedback from community events.
Overall enhancement of brand awareness and visibility.
