As a Senior Supply Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain processes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our company meets customer demands efficiently while minimizing excess inventory and maximizing warehouse efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
Collaborate with supply, marketing, and finance teams to gather relevant information for forecasting purposes.
Optimize stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
Implement inventory control measures and monitor inventory turnover rates to ensure efficient use of warehouse space.
Collaborate with warehouse operations team to optimize layout, storage capacity, and workflow efficiency.
Monitor key warehouse KPIs such as order fulfillment rates, cycle times, and inventory accuracy.
Track and analyze KPIs related to demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations (3PL) to align demand and supply plans with business objectives.
Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and consensus on key planning decisions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related roles within the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in demand forecasting techniques, inventory optimization strategies, and supply chain management principles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems and demand planning software is a plus.
Proven track record of driving process improvements, optimizing inventory levels, and achieving KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.
