As a Senior Marketing specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and optimizing the traffic brought to our app by the Growth and Digital teams, ensuring that each top vendor achieves their monthly sales targets across different cities and services. Your role is pivotal in enhancing conversion rates and coordinating with product and sales teams to meet traffic needs effectively. Additionally, you will take on the role of vendor marketing, managing side campaigns and partnerships, and serving as a key liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage incoming traffic to the app, directing it to generate sales for top vendors.
Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and meet sales targets for each vendor, city, and service.
Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to address traffic requirements and obtain necessary support.
Work parallel to the Growth team within the Marketing department, ensuring seamless coordination.
Manage and extract services from Digital, Growth, and Social teams to optimize traffic flow.
Develop and execute detailed plans and reports, presenting data-driven insights and progress.
Maintain strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Take charge of vendor marketing activities, including managing side campaigns and partnerships.
Coordinate vendor marketing efforts to enhance visibility and drive sales through effective marketing strategies.
Act as a key liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring aligned objectives and cohesive strategies.
Competencies (Soft skills and Hard Skills);
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong understanding of traffic management, conversion optimization, and data analysis.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Experience in vendor marketing and managing partnerships is highly desirable.
