Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a project coordinator to join our project management team, which is responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget, and details of a given task are well organized. The ideal candidate will have good communication and relationship-building skills. Multi-tasking skills and strong organizational skills make you a great candidate. 

About the role:

You'll communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, you organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to project managers. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches
  • Plan and manage project goals, project schedules, and new information
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
  • Manage project-related documents by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
