شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and driving the strategic direction of our platform. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and successful products.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business goals, and market opportunities.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and other teams to ensure the successful implementation of product features.
Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers.
Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate on product features to enhance user experience.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting efficient solutions.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Strong business acumen and ability to align product strategies with business goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Experience with product management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in the software development industry or working with software development teams.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and usability testing.
Knowledge of data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies.
