شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re looking for a bold, creative, and mission-driven Lead Product Designer to join our growing design team and shape the future of car technology in Iran. In this role, you’ll lead product design initiatives, set direction, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver experiences that drive value for both users and the business. You’ll simplify the complex, champion the user, and bring clarity to every stage of the design process—from insight to implementation.


What You’ll Do

  • Own design for complex marketplace flows (ad submission, discovery, lead-to-sale, dealer tools), balancing simplicity for C2C with efficiency for B2B.
  • Design AI-powered experiences (e.g. chatbots, price estimation, car inspections, guided search) that feel intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy.
  • Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, and polished UI across mobile and desktop.
  • Work cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and AI teams to shape features that reduce friction and increase successful transactions.
  • Contribute to and evolve our component-based design system in Figma, ensuring speed and consistency across platforms.
  • Run usability testing and lightweight user research, especially around high-friction AI-driven flows (pricing fairness, inspection reports, chatbot conversations).
  • Bring a craft-focused eye to detail while keeping a pragmatic “ship it” mindset.
  • Support the Lead Designer in building a culture of design excellence—sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and mentoring juniors.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of product design experience, ideally in consumer platforms, marketplaces, or fintech/e-commerce.
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, including projects with AI/ML features or data-rich interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and atomic design principles.
  • Strong understanding of UX research and how to combine user insight with data/AI signals.
  • Ability to design for trust, clarity, and fairness in AI-driven outputs (e.g. pricing, recommendations, automated conversations).
  • Collaborative communicator who thrives on co-creation with PMs, engineers, and data/AI teams.
  • Passionate about making car buying/selling faster, simpler, and more transparent for millions of Iranians.
