شرح موقعیت شغلی

We're at Bama looking for a talented UX writer to help us craft compelling and user-friendly content for our platform. As a project-based UX writer, you'll work closely with our design and development teams to create clear, concise, and engaging content that drives user engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers to develop UX writing guidelines and content strategies for our platform
  • Write high-quality, user-centered content for various features and pages on our platform, including:
    • Vehicle listings
    • Search results pages
    • Pricing pages
    • Filtering and sorting options
    • Breadcrumbs and navigation
    • Error messages and feedback
    • Other features as needed
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, user behaviors, and competitor activity to inform content decisions
  • Develop and maintain glossary for product terms, tone and voice guidelines for our product UX writing based on our brand
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visual content elements, such as button copy, tooltip text and other microcopy
Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a UX writer or content strategist in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Portfolio that showcases your writing skills, style, and ability to adapt to different tone and voice guidelines
  • Strong understanding of UX writing principles including user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and content strategy
  • Excellent written communication skills in Farsi language including punctuations, spellings variations and the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Figma and design systems is a plus
Nice to Have:

  • Domain knowledge of the automotive industry or experience working with vehicles-related projects is a bonus
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative design processes
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and how to apply them in writing
