شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting: Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
Onboarding: Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding process.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and complaints, and work to resolve any issues that arise.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
3-5 years of experience in HR
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Experience with OKRs
