We are looking for a paid media specialist (campaign manager) with at least one year in digital advertising or online marketing focused on performance and results.
About the role
You are a detailed-oriented problem solver who loves data. You learn fast and can adapt to the ever changing environment of an agile team. You get excited working with Excel as well as taking part in a brainstorming discussion on digital media planning.
You know the knots and bolts of what makes a good “ad”, find triggers to engage your audience and target them in the most effective (and efficient) way. You can find your way around the most well-known advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager etc.
You research, discover, learn and implement strategies and tactics to ensure KPIs are met.
What you will do
You’re gonna be involved in all marketing efforts of the company but your day to day tasks mostly are as below:
You are responsible for executing & optimizing all paid digital channels. On a daily basis, you work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure all paid media channels are optimized and set up for success. This includes creating and managing campaigns, contribution to the ad creatives, A/B testing, developing ad copy, trying new messaging and reporting performance to make insightful decisions. Having a clear picture of Integrated Marketing Communication and understanding the essential impact of each acquisition channel, you build campaigns and optimize to get the best ROI.
Required Skills
1-2 year(s) of working with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign manager platforms etc.
Excellent knowledge of best practices in campaign management
Working knowledge of using data and insights to optimize & improve performance
Strong G suite skills - Create dashboards and performance reports
Strong command of the English language
Availability to work 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday (sometimes outside normal office hours).

Degree or certificate in digital marketing or a related field
