Roles They are responsible for continuous improvement and the management of change affecting the service under their care. They work across product, CS, B2B/B2C sales & marketing to ensure the product vision and strategy is aligned cross-company. They are supposed to define and understand value proposition, customers and the competition in the industry. They should have responsibility for agreeing the overall metrics for their service and ensuring they are met. They advocate for the customers to the Product Management & IT. They establish, get agreement on, and monitor service Level Agreements (SLAs). Main duties As a service owner, they will: ● Provide smooth connection between Supporters Team in the Organization. ● Make sure the necessary processes are followed for the service to perform well on daily basis ● Translate product vision into prioritized requirements and user stories for Product teams to implement ● Own the budget and allocate funding based on decisions about priorities ● Be single point of accountability to IT & Management for the performance of the service ● Agree the overall metrics for the service and ensure they are met. ● Collect & Analyze customers’ feedbacks to improve UX & Product. ● Improving marketing activities of the service to acquire and retain customers ● Manage vendor relationships ● Create Performance/Operation reviews & reports to management on a Biweekly, Monthly & Quarterly basis Education & Experience: • Bachelors’ Degree in BA, Business Management or Engineering •1-3 years’ experience as product owner • Experience in service product centric environments • Reasonable balance of technical knowledge and business sense • Data-Driven Culture. • Highly driven and passionate about both technology and business challenges and success •Ability to discuss and strategize technology and business options to optimize product delivery • Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation and public speaking skills • Ability to identify and develop new business and customer opportunities • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Self-motivated, proactive and team-player attitude Skills & Competencies High Importance: • Agile Working • Market Research • Marketing & Digital Marketing • Negotiation Skills • Interpersonal & Leadership
